Returns and Refunds Policy

If the item is not received by us, we cannot issue a refund. Please keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
